This research project examines how the political and demographic composition of national parliaments influences the fiscal performance of countries worldwide. In this context, it specifically analyzes the impact of political structures on budgetary balance and the state's capacity to foster innovation. The study aims to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the institutional determinants of successful fiscal policies through international comparative quantitative analysis and to exhibit the role of parliamentary structure in sustainable state innovation strategies.
