Department of Economics Internship Opportunity

An optional internship course has been included in the curriculum of the Department of Economics in order to practically improve the knowledge and skills gained during the education period of the undergraduate students of the Turkish-German University Department of Economics, and as of the summer of 2021, the students have started to do internships. The internship, which is not compulsory but optional in the Department of Economics, is carried out for 40 working days in the summer months of the 3rd academic year. The elective internship course is chosen by the students doing the internship and they make a presentation about the gains and experiences they have obtained during the internship.
The corporations where the students of the Department of Economics will do their internship can be located in the country or abroad. In the summer of 2021, 5 of our students are doing internships in local corporations.
